    Still haven’t received my item even though it should have been delivered on 20th December. Poor customer service

    For the price you really can’t complain at all. The original item received had the wrong font as per the order and the customer services have been excellent. Especially Mya - after sending a photo of the incorrect item a replacement was immediately sent. Therefore even with a mistake I would recommend on value and service! Let’s hope the hubby likes it!
